Fifty Days of Fashion.- Week One

                                                                             DAY ONE
                                                                   Green faux wrap dress     .
Lately I've found that I haven't been spending enough time with the people I love, or doing things that really matter to me. In a conscious effort to bring those things back into my life I've been spending more time with family and friends and as I move forward with the process of launching my own fashion line I've given myself a challenge to help keep me creative. As of November 14th, there were only 7 weeks until the end of the year. I decided to wear a unique outfit every day for the next 50 days. From November 14 2012 to January 2, 2013 no outfit will be repeated except for accessories (shoes, bags, jewelry, scarves, etc) and some staple items like camisoles or leggings. I am going try to use all items I already own which may be tough as there are so many cute items on sale this holiday season. I will be posting my outfits and outings with famiy and friends. Let me know what you think.

Proud to be an American

I was really excited to vote early this year and I made sure to dress for the the occasion. I chose my blue baby doll dress with white embroidery, red oversize envelope clutch and boots with red accent zipper especially for their patriotic color combination. Top it off with a super red lip and I was super ready. I was the only festive person in line waiting to cast my vote. Don't miss the opportunity to have some extra fun with your look when you exercise your right to vote today.

It's been a while since I've posted. I started working a new job and been a struggle balancing my time between what I have to do and what I want to do. I'm glad to be back and I really wanted to show you some of my fall accessories that I'm very excited about. I am definitely feeling golden. They are a mix of new and old. The fawn colord faux suede stilettos with a gold metallic heel are from F21. The Talon hinged cuff bracelet is my fave; I found it on Ebay and the chunky faceted jewel necklace is one I got last fall and I still love it.

So In Love

I love shoes. That should be no surprise. Any girl who loves fashion, loves shoes. But I really love these shoes. They sparkle. And as I, I am sure, am part magpie, I was undoubtedly drawn to them. They are gorgeous. Steve Madden Viktoree - sexy 6 inches platforms, covered in a silver and gold glittered lace.  Top it off with the fact that I got them on an Uber discount and they are pretty much perfect. I am thinking of making them a sort of "every day" shoe. Not really wearing them every day but I won't wait for a special occasion to wear them. They are too awesome to only wear only every once in a while.

The pictures don't really do them justice.

Finally! Finally! Finally!

OMG.  It's finally happening. After many weeks of hard work (way longer than I thought it would take) and long nights the Inspector33 Shop is launched TODAY.

We are a new online destination for the stylish curvy girl. All the pieces will reflect the Inspector33 look which is a colorful, classy, chic, and always confident. We've got awesomely cool clothing for the curvy set  and accessories for everyone. Right now everything is an original piece so hurry and grab the items you like to make sure someone else doesn't get it. We will be adding new pieces daily and as we grow there will be more options and sizes available.

Thank you to all my friends and everyone who has supported me in getting this started. You all don't know how much your help, advice and kind words have meant to me. Much love and many thanks to Zandra Vranes, The Stars of Unique Models Astraea and Queen B, model Summer Heaps, John Robertson, and Zone VII Photography.

Check out the store at . Your feedback is important so let me know what you think.

Fast and Furious

I had a really early start this morning. I had to go pick up Lola (she's my car) from the dealer where she was having a little work done, and then had breakfast with my "sister". I woke up a little late and had to get out of the house in 20 minutes so I went for pretty and simple.

This whole week I've been rocking the trendy high top knot. I tamed the curls by blowing out my hair last Sunday and it's managed to last all week so the hair was easy. I chose this simple slip-on teal dress with a tie at the waist, and slipped on my new fave flats (both picked up at Target). I love, love , love these white and tan tasseled loafers. You'll be seeing them again.

 Happy Weekend.

Next Friday

This week it's a whole different look for cas Friday. Representing hard for NYC lest anyone forget where I'm from. Took it straight back to the home city plus added in some 80s pop elements. I'm wearing an F21 New York City burnout tee, twisted gold hoops, an F21 enamel and rhinestone cassette tape pendant and my high top stiletto sneakers. I felt quite funky and a little bit fresh.

Animal Magnetism

For the Love of ....

As you all know I love animal print. I'm always looking for ways to subtly add it into my wardrobe. Whether it be sexy like a bra showcased under a sheer blouse, unexpected like in a 50s inspired cocktail dress, or casual like a pair of leggings, it's fun to figure out new ways to work it in.

We are working hard to get Shop Inspector33 up and running and expect it to be ready for launch within two days. I apologize for the delay and can't wait to show you what we have in store. Here's another peek at what's coming. Hope you like it.

Shop Inspector33

We're getting closer! Shop Inspector33 launches this week. Here are some of the sexy curvy styles that were shot yesterday at the first Shop Inspector33 photo shoot.
I worked with beautiful models Astraea (left) , Queen B (center), and Summer Heaps (right). These ladies look amazing right! I also got to work with the uber talented photographer Preston Norris at Zone VII Photography.  They were all so much fun to work with and made a marathon shooting session fly by.  I'm glad I got the chance to work with them and hope to again. Thanks guys for helping make this happen.
